Ice Factor: professional training

The first appointment with Ice Factor will be staged on Monday 21 March 2022 at the Bartender's Road Milan headquarters, a training experience to discover the secrets of ice created in partnership with Icebreaker, CAT of Bremen Group.

Bartender's Road was born from the idea of ​​some professionals in the sector, who have decided to create a project capable of carrying on an innovative Bartending culture, but at the same time respectful of tradition.

Relying on specialized consultants means guaranteeing customers a high level, not only of drinks, but above all of welcoming attitude.

Bartender's Road mainly deals with training for bartenders on different levels, trying to convey all-round experience.

For the Brema Group, spreading the culture of ice in all its forms and investigating important issues such as the correct maintenance and cleaning of the manufacturer is an integral part of its corporate mission.

Ice Factor, an initiative promoted by our Icebreaker Technical Assistance Center, sees Alessandro Cecconello (Specialized Technician and Ice Ambassador) take the chair. This is one of the many activities organized in collaboration with our partners within a transversal and broader project that has continuous updating, modernity and aggregation as its theme.

PROGRAM

Ice is a food, the product of the transformation of the raw material water within a production activity, with different purposes but mainly related to consumption.
